The textured bagged brickwork, both inside and out, is now revealed, providing a sense of connection and continuity throughout the home. These surfaces add depth and character to the design and will complement the future landscaping and interiors.
As the MTM Residence nears completion, its design is taking shape. We recently engaged photographer Martin Filo to capture the progress, documenting the spaces as they come to life.
The house unfolds as a series of carefully considered pavilions, each stepping down the slope of the site. Subtle level changes define transitions between spaces, allowing for a seamless flow from one area to the next.
