The MRG Residence is a sanctuary of introspection, designed to balance privacy and light in a densely built environment. A novel glazing strategy filters natural light while maintaining seclusion from neighbouring homes through the use of low-light glazing, fostering a tranquil connection to the lush surrounding gardens.
At its heart, a central courtyard creates a luminous core, inviting curated internal views. The brutalist aesthetic extends throughout, with raw concrete, stainless steel, and terrazzo finishes reflecting the home’s bold, minimalist ethos. This architectural retreat combines innovation and material honesty, offering a serene yet striking living experience.
